Perfect base for exploring Charlotte's attractions and parks

I had an excellent stay here because I could easily stroll to so many attractions like the Comedy Arts Theater and Billy Graham Library within just minutes and the peaceful atmosphere made lounging by the large outdoor pool a delight; plus, the breakfast buffet set me up perfectly for a day of exploring, but the cleaning staff might need to pay a little more attention to detail as I noticed some masking tape on the walls.

The place was exceptionally clean and staff was professional. Hotel’s breakfast was plentiful and fresh with fresh fruit and various selections including eggs, for example and could satisfy any taste. The location was comfortable - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The area was very very nice right by both Carowinds and downtown Charlotte, the airport and restaurants and convenience stores...

Overall it was well-appointed and a nice size with a comfy bed. I found the hotel's location convenient and absolutely perfect, close to Pineville which is ten minutes away and the airport at the beginning.

The pool is nice and refreshing. The staff at the front desk always greets you with a smile, and the room is clean and neat.

The hotel is reasonably clean, provides with brand-new and accommodating rooms. The location is marvellous, 1 mile from Yorkmont Shopping Center. The property is in a very very nice area.

The location here is great, close to everything you might need 🏨. the breakfast was really good, lots of fresh options to choose from that we enjoyed a lot 🍳🥐.

The hotel is impeccably clean with great breakfasts. the staff is extremely helpful and professional. Well-equipped, large rooms and clean amenities. Comfy and unbeatable spot close to restaurants, Interstate 77, uptown Charlotte, and the commercial area of restaurants.

The large, comfortable room, the airport shuttle service is free and supportive. It's a quiet hotel and I felt safe.

bathroom lacked cleanliness and reception staff is very inattentive, one talks to them and they ignore it because they follow the conversation between them. I asked them to include my company's information in the invoice and they didn't, I asked again they did it in a bad way and incompletely.

The rooms were quiet and nicely furnished, everything was super clean. We loved our cozy beds. Breakfast had tons of choices to pick from! 🍳
